I lost my CPAP material in the room on check out date. I ask the customer service. The next day they found it and i get it in return. If you got mo where to stay. This place is a good option. 24hr room service on duty. The price is a bit high but pay more for better service is a great deal.

A run down hotel with fair maintenance. We booked superior room with breakfast for 3 adults via tiew-duay-kan promotion (40% subsidy by the government). Room is small with very basic amenities. Restroom is not functional, some facility is broken. Did not feel it's worth the full price of 1500 THB/night (although we paid 900 THB + 500 for extra bed). I doubt that the hotel needs some cash flow, they asked to pay extra bed upon check in where most of many hotels we have been staying, allowed to pay upon check out. Same as foods, we ordered 2 dishes for late lunch and already informed the staff we will pay later upon the food coupon is updated in the app. Surprisingly, at 5 pm sharp, the staff called us in the room and asked to pay the food bill!!! If there is any better hotel around the area, I would not really choose this hotel.

Ok positive criticism only…going to be tough but honest.
Booked and paid for family with 2 children only to arrive and be told we need to pay a further 500bht for extra bed. So we paid thinking, “it’s only 500bht, we just drove 1000km from Chiang Rai” we’re tired u0026 without looking at the room first. What we got was atrocious!!!
Couldn’t swing a cat by the tail without hitting the walls.
Bogged up pink walls with pink fabric coverings. I only wish I could attach pictures to truly highlight how rank it was.
Room smelt like a shoe store room inside a Mosque.
Only 2 towels, 1 water bottle and bed sheets that have seen better days in a morgue.

Bathroom, as bad as it gets. Cracked tiles, exposed hazards, scale, mold, tacky shower curtain, electric exposed hot water system.
Positives. Water pressure was good. Aircon worked, toilet flushed u0026 breakfast was nice.

I really liked being here, but mainly because of the restaurant on the property and the amazing staff that works at the hotel. I really liked the staff above all and can't say enough about how great they were throughout my stay. I have to be honest about some things I didn't enjoy while I was there and I believe that they can be fixed. Two things in particular that I didn't like was the pulsating water pressure and the fact that the water was way too cold while trying to shower. The cold water in the shower was pretty much miserable. I didn't even want to be in direct contact with the pulsating cold blasts of water. I basically washed myself with a rag and then tried to rinse as quickly as possible. Those two things would definitely need to be fixed before I would want to stay there again. Other than that, the rest of my experience there was great. I would also recommend that any guests staying at the property use the address of the apartments next door if they are planning to use Grab Taxi. The address of the hotel does not populate on the Grab map.

Overall experience is great. The Suite room is awesome with plenty of space and all room amenities you need.

Breakfast is great with both Thai and European food to choose from.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I do have to mention that between the Superior room and the Deluxe room there's not much difference even though for Deluxe you pay more. In fact the Deluxe bathroom was half of the Superior bathroom.

If you like a hard mattress you're good in both Superior and Deluxe rooms. Personally I like a softer mattress and I'm happy the Suite has one.

Getting around is easy as you can hop on local transport or get a taxi.
