Total chaos here this morning trying to arrange their walk in advertised COVID vaccine.

It's disgraceful there is no organization of queuing and only one person doing the registration and finally after the masses surge forward they finally hand out queue tickets.

There should be at the front door a hospital receptionist directing people providing registration queue tickets at the entrance.

There is no social distancing in the registration area.

The hospital management should get down here and better organize the whole vaccine administration process.

For goodness sakes get at least 5 to 6 staff performing registration.

We just got queue ticket 65 at 09:00, at the current rate of the registration process it will be hours before we get to the registration desk.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the hospital, really lacks the professionalism and urgency of dealing with a COVID vaccine program effectively.

Still, no guarantees as a walk in we will get the Moderna vaccine according to the main receptionist, only if some left over for walk-ins.

We came because of Moderna vaccine. We have important question that need to ask the hospital, before we need to fly from Phuket to Bangkok. But no one picked up the phone, neither press 1133,1134 or press 0 for the operator????. So we decided to take risk.

And here we are. Every thing as reviews befoe slightly improve. We came before time, but they let us in the que. Not much people so it take less than 20 min.to get the jabbing. But still need another 30 min.to see body reaction. It is not best place same as Bumrungrad hospital but OK.
There are 7 Eleven and Black canyon, quite convenient.

I'm here to get a Moderna vaccine which I'm paying the full amount of 1,650 THB per dosage, but the service is horrible and the system is broken; I have to wait in a hot, uncomfortable parking lot for more than two hours for the vaccination. I feel like i am waiting for free vaccine. I dont think this is the right way to manage people who paid great amount of money on vaccine - sitting in parking lot.

Please do not visit this hospital. Runaway!!!

Destroyed my life. ENTs gave me earwax cleaning that caused tinnitus and pain hyperacusis. The microsuction was too loud as it made a "clarinetting" effect that it shouldnt (I googled this and found many papers and others affected by this) and water irrigation should not be allowed. I was dizzy after and everything was louder. The world sounds different to me now, all sounds cause pain that lasts for weeks after, and I have tinnitus louder than traffic. I can not do anything, meet friends, watch TV, go on buses, nothing. This stopped my life and I am very young. I will never know silence again now.

It is the hospital I always go to for test or treatment. The nurses are very kind. A few can understand some English.

Why did you claim your self for 'international', your service is worst, emergency service is more worst. The word of the registered nurse must be cleared, when you said to the patient that 'you should be waiting for 30min' so it was not for 1.5hours. I came to your hospital at 7.30pm, your doctor came back home at 8 pm, the medical was done at 9pm, why should i had been waiting for 1 paper(medical report) at 11pm.

Terrible. They give you time slots for the COV-19 vaccination yet can't manage to hold up the time frame.

I'm used to the Thai sense for time but a 4 hour delay? That's ludicrous. On top of that you had to wait in a parking lot. Service was terrible, staff unfriendly and the management obviously incredibly incompetent.

The amount of money this hospital must burn through sheer incompetence and inefficiency must be staggering...

Very disappointed.
