Ordered food 3 times out of which 2 times we found hair and one pf the order missing (they refunded next day)

Last visit it was about 7:30pm (during corona lockdown 10pm) and a person was preparing the oder for Food Panda and i happened to notice him with bare hands eating food and then preparing for the guest. This kind of behavior can be very dangerous for the customers who put their trust in Pizza Company. I was trying to see how far can i zoom using Samsung Ultra that's when i saw all this. I don't want to put the video due to privacy concerns.

Later i asked the manager politely to be strict and maintain policy standards. He apologized enough and made sure it would not be repeated.

Pizza Company, when we put our trust in you by ordering food, then the least you can do is, give us the benefit of the doubt by giving us the clean food.

Tried their New York Style Pizza at Pizza Company in Bangna Complex - it was Hugeeee (imagine that in Mr Donald Trumps voice)

It’s a great new addition to the menu and smart way to get customers to their physical store.

The pizza tastes fresh - dough is good, albeit not as greasy as the Pan Crust. It is exactly as you expect - nothing more and nothing less.

The only small problem with going to Pizza Company’s physical store is the lack of staff and service quality thereafter - so expect slower service delivery and longer wait times during peak hours.

Ordered an already much overpriced Coke and got a glass filled with ice and a hint of Coke.
Some waiters flat out ignore you.
Pizza took a while to prepare.
Thickest I've ever had with very little cheese.

The Pizza Company is my favorite place to get pizza! Shrimp cocktail pizza is the best for me I have it all the time. Recommend! And of course spaghetti with mushrooms they do really good!

Delicious!????????Like the fried chicken wings????， onions????????， pizza????????. Reasonable price. Worth. ???????? Very good service???????????????? Went to 2 Pizza Company during this trip.

Very clean and a litlle small. The Service is very quick and friendly. English is no problem. Keep an eye out for promotions infront of the store. Food is tasty and fresh.

Very good pizza and delicious drinks. The staff is friendly and the waiting time is short. If you have a craving for pizza this is the place to go.
