I wish I could give the gentleman behind the counter proper rating. But his attitude has been if tou want to.leave you can leave and was very rude.
There is no room phone so expect to walk down or tale elevator for anything you need to reach out. I don't hav3 any issues with that as I found out right at checkin time as I asked him.
Hot water wasn't working and when we asked him to see if it can be fixed..his answer has been we don't guarantee anything works.

This hotel is perfect for short time stay. Room was clean and the lobby is very nice, you can sit outside and enjoy cold beer after a long flight. Breakfeast was okay too. They didnt serve lunch or dinner even thought is was said in their website that they do, but maybe it was just the date we were. Anyway there is 7/11 and a good Thai restaurant just around the corner.

There was blood on the bed linen.
There was not properly cleaned in a long time. Long hair in my breakfast.
The price was double compared to the Zen rooms 5min from here. (With pool and very good restaurant)
We paid for two days when we arrived but we stay only one night.
We luckily got our money back for the last day.

Fine for the price.
This place is very similar to others in the area but for a bit less $. It does, however lack some of the niceties of other properties in the proximity. 1. you have to call to get them to pick you up at the airport - no one is waiting for you --- but they are fast. 2. They don't escort you to your room to show you where things are or even show you where the room is or offer to take your bags. 3. no coffee in the room in the am (though it's usually instant anyway).

Decent size rooms. Every room got a USB phone charger (don't nick it!!! :)
The rooms need a bit of refreshing.
Budget accommodation
Location: under 10km from the airport
Taxi fare from the airport is £3 about 4 euros.
There are two 7-eleven within 5 minute walk
Street food is quite good and very cheap
Poor Wi-Fi signal in the rooms.
Apparently they will pick you up from the airport for an extra fee ( I have waited for over an hour)
I only recommend this place if you are very desperate.
I will definitely not book here again.

I had a single room for 800 baht, which I thought was a little high. The AC didn't oscillate and the faucet dripped, but the bed was comfortable and they had a free shuttle to the airport every hour, which helped me get there at 4am. This isn't a place to stay if you want to sight see. It's in an industrial neighborhood next to the airport. There's a grocery store, a 7-11, and some street food vendors.

24 hr reception. Close to BKK airport. Elevator (but a flight of stairs to the elevator with no help). Clean rooms with warm water and soap, shampoo dispenser and fresh towels. Drinking water in rooms. Worth $20 net.
Shuttle was also convenient. Will stay there again for a quick overnighter after flying in late or before leaving early.
