Receiptist are too slow in processing documents. Waited more than 2 hours for a simple entries. They gets impatient and show nusty faces when being asking.

I usually visit this hospital for medical treatment, though I usually go for the paid service as opposed to using the social security. (Social Security service is known to be worse in every hospital in Thailand). Service was generally good, and the doctors were competent. Was diagnosed and treated for a rather rare life-threatening disease, and recovered.

Disclaimer: I did not use the social security service of this hospital, so the review does not reflect that service.

Second visit, first ones was sad due to an very disrespectful doctor, but that's past. Today, I checked in at lunch time, got appointed for 3pm, reported myself 20 min. prior to the appointment. Got called in at 4pm after an heavy complaint. It's sad to see an lack of adhering to standard operational procedures. It's a total mess and not recommended to people who expect international standards or requires "higher medical" attention, can recommend Thainakarin Hospital for that.

PS: Left an written complain (an receptionist was kind enough to write in Thai for me), as this was my second bad experience, they might improve, let's hope.

They should training A receptionist all of they stuff about “How to saying good with people or customers!”
