Did a staycation here and really enjoyed it. The staff were attentive, the rooms are super nice, and for being in Bangkok it has a beautiful, natural atmosphere. The pool is so nice, too! It is a nice escape but still easy to get food delivery. I would definitely stay again.

Well, we went there 1 night to join our friend's wedding. We woke up in the morning to find the floor with 10 cockroaches spasming on the floor. However, when we complained, the hotel did gave us an extended late checkout till 21.00 allowing us to use the place until the end of the wedding. At least they are doing something about it.

It is set in a beautiful setting, but could be much better than it is. There is no information in the rooms about breakfast times, swimming pool opening times etc... Our toilet wouldn't flush and was leaking water. To be fair the girl at reception was very apologetic about this. At night it is possible to see into some of the bathrooms as there are only bamboo slats acting as a blind. They should install proper blinds or curtains. The breakfast has minimal options. The onsite restaurant was closed both days that we were there, despite being offered the opportunity to book evening meals when we made the booking. The staff didn't offer any explanation, they just told us to go to Mega. The night porter/ security guard on the gate was excellent. He was by far the most helpful of all the staff. Overall, for the price, I would have expected better. Lots of small issues, that shouldn't be issues really. The management could easily fix the issues and I hope they do, because it would be a fantastic resort, if they paid a little more attention to detail.

I made a reservation on Booking.com. What surprised me when I entered the hotel room was a terrible room that was completely different from what was written on Booking.com. Even if I could put up with the iron, I found out that I didn't have slippers or bathrobes and immediately canceled it. The desks and shelves were full of dust, and I couldn't stand the musty smell in the room.
I also found that Booking.com is a terrible company that does not manage accommodations properly and only charges brokerage fees.

I believe I’ve found a haven in Bangkok. The resort is nice and quiet for a few days’ stay in the Thai capital. The rooms are all surrounded by water and the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful, ideal for a few nights’ stay or just one night before your flight from the nearby Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The staff are friendly and the lady chef made an excellent dinner of chicken fried rice. I stayed only for one night after spending three weeks at Black Mountain Golf Club in Hua Hin, before heading home to Abu Dhabi.

There is plenty of onsite parking and a security gate for overnight peace of mind. The restaurant menu is limited but you will be able to get a decent meal.

There are a few matters that I will mention (I stayed in Room 9) — 1) the bed is REALLY HARD. I found it difficult to sleep but it was only one night. 2) the floor in the shower is not nicely leveled towards the drain so water can accumulate on the floor. 3) I could not figure out how to turn off the bathroom floor level light so that stayed on all night.

All in all my stay was OK and I would stay here again on a future trip on my return from Hua Hin. Safe Travels.

Great location with no traffic noise..

Small maintance jobs need attention

Rooms cant figure out if the walls need another coat of white paint or are currently being painted.

Pool wall could do with the external tiles being refixed..

Breakfast was good

Would I recommend this location to my friends yes 100%

We arrived at night to a closed gate and were checked in and shown to our room by the security guard / caretaker. No dinner because the restaurant had closed and were just told to “Go to Mega” and “better be fast” about it. Our room’s air conditioning did not work and it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. The same caretaker insist we should not have touched the aircon remote control. To be fair, I do not think he is the right staff or trained in hospitality but the management seem to have done a poor job at making the resort feel inhabitable, staffing or properly maintained for a new hotel.

The concrete rooms look pretty in picture but in reality are little blocks of poorly built pre-fab concrete cast with little consideration for design or comfort. They heat up like pizza ovens in the afternoon sun. In an attempt to keep out mosquitoes they glassed up the bathrooms and turned it into greenhouses. We shortened our stay and escaped after one night.
