It was a 1 night stop over after a long flight and it served the purpose ok. The room was spacious and very clean the bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast was adequate choice of 2 cereals freshly cooked omelette and scrambled egg. Fresh fruit and yogurt
toast tea coffee. Transport from the hotel included which took about 10min. Could not get water very warm in the shower but a cold shower was ok it was so warm.

We booked this hotel for a brief stay in September 2019 and again in November 2019. During our first stay, the lobby looked like a 5 star hotel; however, the room was in need of some fresh paint and updated flooring. We were treated to a very nice breakfast the next morning. When we returned in November, the room had been renovated and was very pleasing to the eye. The hotel is on the way to becoming a five star establishment. As the renovations continue, I hope the wifi signal strength in the room is increased. It also appears the hotel will soon have a new name, Siam Mandarina Hotel.

Perfect for what I needed.
Breakfast was a strange collection of dishes but it obviously catered to the Chinese market.
Good service but English is not spoken by all staff; I don't expect it to be but it can cause a few misunderstandings.
Room was clean, comfortable and had the most amazing kettle/urn!

I have been in there my first day in Thailand and it was horrible, the room and the corridors were creepy, the window was covered by a Sofa and behind it there are working people at 1 Meter from the window. The TV was the old one from '80s and the shower didn't drain water properly. Never again as a tourist.

Bear in mind this is still 15 mins drive from the airport. Shuttles only go once per hour which isn’t great. Desk staff tried to convince me to take a shuttle 90 mins before my flight- if I’d listened to them I’d have missed it. WiFi wasn’t functioning, and my room’s shower head was almost unusable due to maintenance issues. The whole place is pretty tired, but the room rate is cheap at least.

I was just looking for a comfortable place to stay close to the airport for a next-day flight and Grand Inn Come Hotel fitted that bill - a short (cheap) taxi trip from the airport and free shuttle back to airport the next day. The bed felt "weird" when I first lay on it...extremely hard but also somewhat molding. Nevertheless I had a good night sleep waking with less stiffness than on other mornings I had experienced in Thailand

I stay here several times when I transit at Suvarnabhumi airport. Affordable price and clean, spacious room. Worth to choose the hotel if your purpose to stay is for transit or airport observatory. The entrance lobby and front desk seems renovated recently. The rooms face to the main road may be noisy.
