Good taste and reasonable prices as usual, service was really slow, took 30 mins for first dish to be served.

The shop staff were nice but get a lot of things wrong. The staff were very nice and very good one corrected. It is recommended during the not so busy times but not recommended on the most busy days of the year since there is a very long wait time. The food was sweet beyond compare to other branches of the same chain of restaurants. The service is verry slow and mediocre at best.

Food order came is bits and pieces. I had almost finished my dish, when my wife's Yakiniku Pork Set (see photo) came, it was COLD!
Had to update review. Put down to 1 star. Food was that horrible, couldn't eat it. Check 2nd photo.
Total waste of money. Very disappointing.
Service also below standard I believe for this type of restaurant. No smiles from any staff.
Will not come again.

I ordered the ikura and salmon don and the food I got was totally not acceptable! The quantity of salmon and ikura was only 1/4 of that in the presented photo. And also proper the salmon was just slices of unused parts. I complained to the manager and he replied the photo was just for presentation and the actual project might be different. Surely I understand that but delivering a product of 1/4 quality and poor quality is cheating! Eventually the manager agreed to cancel my order but I am very disappointed with the deteriorating service and quality of Fuji Mega Bangna shop and will never come again!

I can only talk about the Bento Set Sashimi which was very delicious and fair priced. Recommended!
