Food quality was very good. Everything was made upon order. The chicken wings in particular were very tasty and flavorful. We ordered twice. Lol! The burger came with French fries and met expectations. Staff was friendly and attentive. Very efficient services provided. A very good restaurant for killing the time of transfer and a good alternative for airport lounges.

This is an alternative to the fast food outlets, and the service is prompt.

Had the steak and chips along with a pint of Asahi beer. Similar quality to a standard pub.

The staff paid attention and there was no issue with anything taking to long.

Recommended if you want pub grub and have a bit of time before your flight.

Friendly service. decent food for an airport. smell of food is contained (opposite are the BK and the Pizza Company which really smell of food) so if you have a long flight ahead it’s not a bad option.
They also serve draft beer but only in full sized pints, they do not serve half-pints

Decent food, drinks, alcohols, a good space to sit and relax at gate F, E in the airport. You can get food (thai, chinese, pasta, pizza, salad, coffee, beer, wine) .. service is "so so ok" for they served you "thai style or thai way". I often stop here because I don't want fast food

Food was decent but when they say would you like toast with your breakfast and you then realise its 90b extra for one slice when they bring the bill. Also, service charge. Water fairly priced tho.

Ordered medium rare, lack of seasoning, barely seared so I had to ask sear at least fat part, cook doesn’t understand the reason behind my request.

Food is good, but we waited for almost a hour for our burgers, then we asked the waiter and he didn't even passed the order to the kitchen staff! We had to repeat four times "We are still waiting for our food" because they speak a VERY POOR English! I'm not saying you have to be a C2 level, but come on, you work in an airport so a good English is a must!
Then we asked for the bill, THEY FORGOT IT TOO! So we waited ten minutes and then we went directly at the cashier without any ticket that could tell them which table we were at, and guess what... THEY TOLD US THE WRONG PRICE!

Then I read the reviews on Google and I found out that everybody had already complained about these kind of things...

In the end, just go there ONLY if you have no other choices and IF YOU HAVE TIME before your flight!
