What a rare treasure to have a free lounge, even if you are flying coach. Simply for flying this boutique airline, you may have all the luxuries of snacks, drinks and free strong wifi. I was forced to arrive at Suvarnaphumi Airport four hours before my flight, but was so pleased that the lounge was open and I could relax there. The one downside is that the closest washroom is a short walk away. The staff are exceptional and their English is very good.

Basic lounge offering access to anyone traveling on the airline domestically. We had economy seats and were allowed in. Says they take Priority Pass too. Clean, limited food options, and plenty of seating + charging outlets.

Great little lounge to chill out before your flight. Mini buffet and choice of drinks (non alcoholic) included.

Dirty lounge not cleaned. The one seat had coffee on it, the other table orange juice. No hygienic standards.
Basic sandwiches wrapped in plastic and Nescafé coffee...

All passengers who fly with Bangkok Airways have access to the lounge, it's a nice place to grab a small bite to eat and a drink before your flight. If you are flying from a B gate allow 10 mins walk to the gate. Need to show your passport and boarding pass on entering.

Great rest area for passenger. Snacks and refreshing or hot drinks are provided all days. Good service as claimed for the airline.

Wi-Fi Free available for airline passenger.
Light meal and beverage provided.
