In the heart of walking street, I took the superior room at the back, quiet but 4 floors up and no lift, I am ok with that. Great customer experience. Cheap rooms. Housekeeping on request (that's great for me, I usually asked them to do it night around 10pm) 2, 7/11 within distance. Room had had plates, cups, spoons, fork, microwave, kettle.

Nice atmosphere, specially at night for fun loving people. There is lot of sound from outside till 3 am so good for music lovers.
Lot of stuffs outside.
Cheapest and best location for fun loving people.
Rooms are good but not excellent as ac took large time to cool the room effectively as the temperature outside is 27 degree.

Especially for those who love to crowd. Neat and clean bathroom. Although bed room not so big but comfortable. Best of the best value for money. If you are solo traveller you can enjoy. Its beside of bar, club, pub, show etc. And very near to Pattaya beach. But be careful, this guest house have some simple rules. Please abide by these rules. No worries, unlimited enjoy.

It is situated on Walking Street. You exit the door and you are where all the action are. The staff are friendly, what's new ))) The only drawback is that walking street go to sleep at sunrise meaning that if you can't sleep under the sound of heavy music, then rather stay somewhere else. If you don't intend to sleep till sunrise, then no problems. The room is pretty dark, so you can sleep the whole day. They have a nice aircon, so you can sleep till late - the heat or sun wont bother you. But I actually had no problem with the music, so could sleep normal.
Security is fine. Never felt in danger. The key chain is huge, so you won't lose it, but carrying it around you do need good pockets.

This guest house is situated in the middle of Walking Street but don't let its location fool you into thinking that it is some shady, dirty place. On the contrary, rooms are small but have a private bathroom and they are spotless, probably the cleanest hotel rooms I have seen on my entire trip in Thailand. Due to its location it's possibly that certain sounds are heard coming out of other rooms when walking through the hallways. But the noise from the outside is manageable and one can get a good night's sleep here (maybe with some earplugs). Lastly it's also really cheap to stay so I fully recommend this guesthouse fully when you want to take a look around in the nightlife of Pattaya.

Clean and hygienic rooms r the speciality. Location is centre of walking street almost near to all the activity places. Hotel staff is very very professional and even rfused direct tip. Had a real great stay. All the food joints, bars ,beaches nearby. At this price it's a steal.

Good budget hotel for those who love to stay very nearby to Walking Street. In fact, it is situated in the Walking Street. Room condition is quite good with air conditioner, two wall fans, microwave oven, two televisions, freezer, locker etc. But staff quality is not at all satisfactory.
