We feel Veranda went out of their way to make our stay so wonderful. We had our son in a wheel chair and they were so kind and accommodating. It was like a home away from home. From the small luxuries like chocolates at turn down right through to the fantastic food, amazing staff and cleanliness- everything was perfect. Thank you to the GM, to JJ, to Tum, Johnny the cleaning ladies and the rest of the Staff. After 21 days in Thailand and 3 resorts (Space, Pullman Pattaya ) our kids both said veranda was their favourite! A huge compliment!

Pictures were a little bit misleading. Old room, sticky floor, too dark. The pool was okay. The seats/pool side cabana were rusty. Beach front looks like a construction site. Not worth 3500+ baht per night. Staff were medium friendly. The free Breakfast was okay. Won’t recommend as a luxury hotel in Pattaya. :/

Room was a bit outdated. Seats facing the beach were worn out and smelly.

Although the service was great. Good breakfast. Quiet and lovely beach in the Morning

Tucked away from the hustle bustle of the crowd and traffic of Pattaya, further 20-30 mins drive further of Pattaya at Jomtein Beach front, this beautiful boutique property is a delight for your eyes and soul, beautiful rooms (nice size) amazing facilities, expresso bar, icecream shop, restaurant, panoramic view restaurant, fabulous team led by an hand on GM interacting with guests, this place is wonderful. The pool overlooking the beach access is awesome too.

Nice design hotel with clear white pool and beach front. Room is clean and big but not every rooms get the direct sea view.

Variety of breakfast buffet choices. Also restaurants provide a good foods.

Location is at Beach front, easy to enter to Jomtien beach just few mins. Minimart/convenient store a bit walk on the main road entrance to Hotel. Quiet and peaceful location as surrounding by Condo and Village.

I S E A S K Y and J e t t y has a spectacular view for dinner with sunset scenes (advance reservation strongly recommended if love sunset view).

Pools always crowded, most of guest is local Thai and Asian.

Coffee shop and Bakery near by reception is also great to enjoy aromatic of coffee bean.

We got Sea breeze escape room with ocean view. On 4th Floors, it's well furnished. But only didn't like the refrigerator cabinets that hanging instead of a bit down to floor due to it block the TV from the bath tubs haha.

Breakfast also good if you pay at Hotel, a bit pricy but variety of Thai, Asian, American BF provided.

All in all, satisfied and enjoy the stay.

I checked in the hotel on friday which there was company activity. Very loud voice of the party in the open area. All hotel area was echo with that company party. Hotel staff informed us that they would finish at 10PM but they didn’t and hotel staff did nothing. Recommend to check if hotel before booking whether there is company outing or not.
