Totally worth it. Luxury hotel with private beach. Swimming pool. Dining area and lots more. Also u can get food from 7 eleven 24hr just few minutes away from the hotel. The rooms are very big with lovely beach view, pool view as well as city skyscraper views. Bathrooms are big with all amenities. And rooms are connected from what I understood with one door inside which ofcourse is locked. N please smoke only in the balconies.

Been like 6 years since I have been back to this place. Rooms have been upgraded slightly but some stuff are really worn still. Beds are soft and stiff (the kinds I love). View wise, it's still one of the best in this area. However the front desk staff's attitude is not very good. Breakfast selection is good. They charge upfront which can be an issue as my work plans can sometimes change. Lack of tourist still in Pattaya.

Stayed for 2 nights and overall the place is good for what you pay and depending on what you want, this might be (or not) for you. It seems their primary use for this hotel is conventions and seminars, although those people are in another building. I’ll quickly outline the pros and cons.

Pros:
- Affordable and has all the amenities other hotels have.
- very large common area with a cozy beach set-up.
- 2 very large pool areas
- there’s a 7-11 within a few feet from the hotel.
- staff were helpful when I was there with an elevator bell boy at all times.

Cons:
- *main reason for 3 stars* the WiFi is horrible. You can’t stream or work as it will cut off randomly. It’s an easy fix but not sure why they haven’t.
- breakfast was pretty sad. Has an egg station, fruits (watermelon, apple, bananas), bread, and Thai breakfast. The sad part is how tasteless it is. They have an automatic coffee machine but they’d be better off with regular drip.
- location is pretty far from the main city area; about 20min drive. I had a car so this wasn’t an issue but it might for others. So, if you’re looking for boom boom or something, skip.

I'm not recommend this hotel for a person who has concern about fresh air and air allergy, I staying here during a business trip and sneeze all night. If you are not an allergy person, it's fit for you.
I faced of a bad room service I ever met before, maids doesn't have service mind while I need to change my pillow cover and need more drinking water. It would be great if the hotel improve it.
Another environments are good, near beach but can't go to swim, wide pool, beach restaurant.

It's located at the beach which is little inside from the pattaya center. Hotel is neat u0026 well maintained. Rooms are pretty big with balcony. Bathroom comes with a bath tub. Food is also decent. The quality of fruits available in Thailand is awesome. You can stay with fruits for breakfast, lunch u0026 dinner

Big hotel. Great service. The floor was so shiny. The housekeeper did an excellent job in keeping it shine. The staff was so helpful and attentive. They immediately came to help take out the baggage. Highly recommended.

A large sized hotel located at one corner of town, far away from all attractions.
Divided into 2 blocks, Block B is probably used for bulk bookings. No staff available at any time in this block. Even though the hotel was not occupied, they did not provide rooms with the bay view.
Rooms very basic with extremely poor service. No phone numbers provided for contacting staff who are not present physically. The toiletries used are of very poor quality.
Makeshift arrangement for breakfast. Again the quality of food very basic, only consumed for survival.
A property which could be managed much better but to be avoided. Far better managed properties in Pattaya with good location as well availble
