Room was ok big did see some bits in the that can be fixed the but very good location for get to shops near by and bus terminal not far . found bar very nice best food cheap food beer will stay again

Owner manager Chinese woman rude tells lies and not to be trusted.I lived in a flooded room for 5 nights I finally was moved all my shoes and clothes were damp and mouldy. She agreed that they would pay for the cleaning only 600 bhat when I came to leave I asked for my electricity bill and water bill and a refund of 600 bhat she refused to pay so I refused to pay and left. Not a way to treat a customer who had to put up with a water drenched room for 5 nights. I'm not impressed. Neil Morrison UK

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and you can’t fault it.
Good clean rooms that are not expensive at all.
Friendly polite staff. The restaurant and bar consists of good non expensive food. You can stay there for a few drinks for hours comfortably if you wish.
The location is about 300 metres from the main road to catch a baht bus which is a 15 minute ride to the heart of Pattaya or 10 minute ride the other way to Jomtien.
When I come to Pattaya, this is where I always stay!!

An economical one, good for both individual or family stay. Safety and security first.

Rooms are huge n' clean.

Don't expect any luxuries, just a hotel.
Bar is a mini sports bar. Just OK and no grudges.
Roof top pool, is just enough to accommodate 1 or max 2 families at a time. Not that good at all, but given the room price, it's wow to have.

Main road is at walking distance for boarding public transport.

I am very impressed by the very large room and the room service. The same can be said of the restaurant nd the incredibly very large breakfast that was served in very quick time although I ate it at a very leisurely pace. I give this place 10 out of 10. I have already booked for next week as O need for business. I should mention this place is ideal for long or short term. It also has a kitchen if you need one
