Good Location with a nice view to the Pattaya Beach. 2 Floor, friendly Staff, nice Interiour Decor. Just some Guests seems to be associal, use the Starbacks Tables for private Partys and leave the Garbage there.

Very cozy place.. staff are very friendly u0026 professional. Too bad, my tour group is rushing. Else, I will stay longer for liveband just outside that store.

Nice and attentive Barista. Quiet in the day time . Cool air conditioning. Barely customer and need a receipt to use public toilet. Park in front of the property. The building is quite desserted , many tenants can not survive the loss from Covid -19.

Locating in the bay where is new place but not much shop in side.

Good location for Both local people and traveller. Because located at beachfront a lot off space. After jogging along the beach give prize for yourself by Good Coffee.
