One of the best places for workout and relax with friends! Amazing sauna and large swimming pool! Great gym with all equipment that I need. It's not often crowded. Never had to wait for weight machines or free weights. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. This surely deserves a thumbs up for the owner????

Great gym. Not crowded. Clean with machines, free weights and CV equipment. More expensive than some other gyms but worth it.

I've been living here on and off for 15 years. Apichai is by far the best Muay Thai teacher here. Great workout, weight loss, body transformations and self defense. Have fun while losing weight.

Amazing gym center!!! Have everything what I need - GYM, Fitness room, Cardio room, cafe with healthy food, swimming pool and perfect sauna! Nice stuff, I'll recommend you are for my friends!)))

Many machines, plus a room for crossfit. Usually not many people. Aircond in the rooms. Maybe the best fitness gym in pattaya.

I was training Thai Boxing here for a couple of months and it was incrediably awesome. Thanks a lot for all friendly stuff and coaches. Highly reccomended !

Perfect gym. Big space and not alot of people and no selfie type of people which is common in thailand
