I stayed at this hotel again and want to provide an updated review: POSITIVES. The room provides relaxing ambient - good to unwind after long day at the office. The price was very good for tourist season. The internet was the most frustrating and bizarre thing we have experienced in our travels so far in terms of technology.

Location of the hotel was awesome. Noisy kids: Its a family run place. Silence: there are no bars nearby. It's the fake hospitality. You can actual sleep without ear plugs. A few nights there was a strong urine smell outside. The room was way over priced for the size of our room.

Very nice people. The food is good but you can also bring your own food white you. The cook cut your fruit if you ask him. The swimming pool is quiet and clean. I can recommend this nice hotel

To put in in perspective, it is 18 minutes walking to Sukhumvit road. The hotel itself has very nice facilities. Baan Klang Noen Apartment is worth taking the chance. The staff at this hotel could not be more friendly and accommodating for. I will outline my thoughts below: POSITIVES.

My family and I stayed at the hotel about two weeks ago. The staffs were very helpful with any questions you may have. In terms of the room all well cleaned. The location of the hotel is absolutely second to none. I have to say we were very pleased with everything.

Stayed in April while at a convention. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. In fact the people are very keen to assist in any way possible. The hotel for the most part is kept fairly clean. I'D RECOMMEND this place as worthy of a repeat.

A nice cozy place to spend your holiday in Pattaya. Clean rooms and kind and comfortable accomodation. Bungalows must be great too, according to what i saw at first sight. Just 4 stars and not 5 because of the position, a bit too far from city center.
