Very nice, and well furnished building. Location is quite good, price is reasonable, and the reception manager Khun Doi speaks very good English. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here 7 years and will come back. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The staff is wonderful and the area is quite and still colaen to everything and anything

Not a good start with this place. Arranged to arrive at 6am. After a 10 hour drive was met by Security. Reception closed, no key to room, no one answered mobile phone after many calls. Had to sit in car for 50 minutes to wait for reception to open. The receptionist was apologetic and very pleasant. Room is very nice and exceptonally clean. Located 1km from beach in a nice quiet cul de sac. After a disappointing start i will use this again in the future. The electric was seperate and for a 30 hour stay was 700bt.

Let me start by saying that I have stayed at many hotels and apartments all over thailand. Royal park apparments was the first place i ever stayed in jomtien, and it is my first choice every time I come back. The staff is amazing, they help in any way they can to make your stay more enjoyable and "homey". The appartments are luxurious and clean. If you get lucky you may be able to rent the penthouse unit, which is reasonably priced, clean, and you get a private.pool in the evening. Royal park appartments location in jomtien is walking distance to anything you may need. If you want to head into pattaya you can get on the baht bus in about 2 minutes walking. If you are ever in jomtien I would definitely recommend staying at royal park, I always will.

Older nicely kept and appointed rooms. A bit expensive.

It was horrible! It was dirty, And very old!!!! The owner not speak any other language, just thay... And she is crazy
