Another worthwhile spot to include if visiting the nearby Big Buddha Temple or find yourself up in Pattaya Hills. Admiral Prince Abhakara Kiartivongse, Prince of Chumphon, was the 28th child of King Chulalongkorn and revered as "The Father of the Thai Navy". Peaceful spot to enjoy a cold drink while taking in the superb views and pick up a touristy trinket or two.

We eat soup , 5 people. Very good Thai soup including minced pork, liver, blood pieces etc. according choise. Not spicy but easily can add spicies from table spicy set as local do. Quick and frendly service. Not expensive so good value for food. Open early.

Incredible view of Pattaya. Well kept monument and area. There a little place to sit have food or drinks

There are a few places to sit and takes a picture but some people sit for a long time without care about how waiting sham on them

There's a statue here that's apparently worshipped and firecrackers go off all the time...but the view is very spectacular from here...this place is run by the military (the Navy I think) but open to the public from 07.30 am till 8 pm... there's also a small shop and snacks and drinks available for a cheap price

A place of worship for Thai people at Pratumnak Hil.l Beautiful atmosphere you can see all the panoramic views of Pattba Beach. Parking is less. Must park along the way up the hill. There is a clean rest room available.
