I stopped in one of the cottages in July and think it was good value for the money.

The staff were friendly. Everyone from the reception ladies to the porters and cleaners always had a smile and would cater to your needs immediately. Check in was fast and friendly.

Although located close to a main road and the busy Terminal 21, it is actually very quiet.

The cottage i stayed in was fine.. Clean, plenty room, hot water always on tap..

I would stop there again if i ever go back to Pattaya.

Edit: I went back in October in a different cottage and everything was as before.. no problems.

The room was not well cleaned. Mirrors were dirty with dust and not polished. Only had 1 side table. There was still drink marks on the cupboard from previous guests. The bath and pool towels have seen better days with holes in them. Could not smell any chlorine in the pool, we have both come down with ear infections.
The staff at front door did not greet or acknowledge us till the day we left.
yes cheap hotel with very low standards.

we stayed at this hotel for one night and decided to stay elsewhere. the staff were nice but there we over five dead cockroaches in the hotel room. i guess they decided to set off a roach bomb and forgot to clean up the deas bugs. we went swimming but the sidings on the pool were sharp so i cut my swimsuit on one of them and had to guard my daughter from cutting herself. its close to terminal 21.

Excellent budget hotel. Lovely pool area. Cheapest beer in town at 50B for a Singha at the pool bar. Good low cost European and Thai food. Comfortable rooms with good aircon.

Friendly helpful staff and 24 hour reception. Good WiFi.

Place , location and service are good but the pool needs renovation, has a lot of thick green moss and much soil from the plant mixed in water. A lot of broken tiles are dangerously.

Location good , opposite is T21 and supermarket Thai food is good in hotel, English breakfast just so so.I booked a pool view, but this time on 2/F, i think G/F is better...I will come again

Rooms are done n big, corridors are warm and humid. Pretty strong smell of gutter stench from the main road outside the resort is usually found in the corridor!! Major turn off
