Worst experience. Spent 4,450B. Had tank one week and it exploded. Flooded house with water and fish die. No refund. If we wanted to repair glass we have to pay them another 400B! 5555

Buyer BEWARE !!!
Worst after customer service experience.
We purchased 50 gallon fish aquarium, within 1 week glass cracked.
The shop told us WE had to pay 400 baht for repairs and WE had to bring back to shop

I went there to get myself a new aquarium and all the other things that I need to set it up.
They were not that knowledgeable about their business and they could not help me much.
When I started to complain about vesting my time they told me to live the shop very rudely.
I do not recommend this place to anyone because they are not very honest people, whenever I asked about prices on any item they told me they have to call the boss to find out.

Fantastic shop for everything to do with fish and ponds.
Correct advice given regarding water treatment and water solution given, marine and plant life, rocks and shingle.
Professional, courteous, friendly staff with a "can do" attitude.
Very reasonable prices too.
Vast size range of fish.

Prices are good u0026 you can find most of what you need. I used to like this store but it has gone downhill recently. It is not very well laid out despite being the largest Fish store in Pattaya; it is also fairly grubby. Staff speak only Thai so take an interpreter!

Fish in good condition, prices seem reasonable. They are tank makers, have some ready but will make whatever you want if you don't mind waiting. Knowledgeable, with a good selection of equipment.

Excellent pet shop. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of fish
