Scammer and criminal. Avoid doing any business with this place. The owner is intoxicated almost all the time. They will try to rip you off in every way they possibly can and you will never be able to get any deposit or any money paid returned. They replace the original battery on the Honda pcx bike for a smaller battery of the Honda click which will eventually fail to start the bike at one point. When it happened I naively called the shop to inform them of it and the location of the bike where it has failed to start. Then I was told that they had to replace the battery and was demanding that I pay for it as according to them it was due to my use, which of course is a lie. I requested that they provide me with the receipt of the battery that they claimed to have replaced and I was told that they don't have it currently but they will provide later. Since I have already paid for the bike rent for a month in advance and they hold a security deposit for 1500 and their claim was 800 for the battery I told them that I will pay only if they provide the receipt. The same thing happened again but this time I didn't call them and got a mechanic to see what was the cause of the problem. That's when I discovered that they replaced the battery with a smaller one (price 400) to scam their customers. I bought the right battery (price600) since I had the bike till the end of the month and I prefer to have a functional bike. Of course they never produced the receipt for the claimed battery as there was non and it was just a lie. They also had claimed that a hardly visible scratches on the bike was caused by me which I couldn't determine if this was the case or not as I haven't inspected the bike throughly when I first rented it. I requested that they provide an official estimate for fixing these scratches, which they never did. However they claimed that it will cost 3000 to fix and had scrabble on a paper this number claiming that it is from the dealer but the paper was not on a letter head or stamped or even typed but written by hand. When I returned the bike and provided them with the bill for the battery and their battery that was of incorrect size they demanded that I honor their clearly fraudulent scrabbled paper and pay an additional 1500 to my held deposit of 1500 to cover the false cost of 3000 that they claimed. I refused and they got abusive with the owner (old lady) getting physical abusive. I knew that the whole act was to keep my deposit and I expect it when I found out about the battery scam they did. They claimed that they were calling the police which I welcomed as I have evidence of their fraud and waited for the police to arrive but the lady got more physically abusive and it was not worth it for me to wait through that insane behavior. I left as they knew my residence and could come there if they had any issues. They showed up later in the evening with a police man and I was asked to speak to them which I welcomed as I have all documents to prove their scam and they had no document except for that fraudulent paper. However when I was talking to them it was clear that the police man is not neutral and even though the owner was not able to locate the scratches on the bike that she claimed will cost 3000 to fix, she started to get physically abusive in the presence of the police officer who stood there and did nothing. Since this was clearly a shake down I refused to continue talking to them and told the police officer that if he wants me to continue this he must get something official otherwise I will not entertain this ridiculous actions. He claimed that he will do so and be back within 5 minutes to arrest me and I should not go anywhere. I told him that I will be waiting but he never showed up obviously because of the fact that it was a scam and they couldn't provide any documentation to support their claims or start a case legally. So if you do not want to be ripped off then avoid this shady place.
