Is very bad i went there RTPCR is done and they charge me 5600 bhat including tablet this is okkk but when i pick up my Report next day they say see the doctor and him explain me 7day not use ac and dont go outside i am positive and again him charge me 1050 bhat i am shock i know also quarantine rule should everyone know . I not suggest for foreigners people they want only money

I had visited this hospital due to feeling as though I was unable to breathe, unable to think, barely able to move or even articulate my thoughts.

Everything was about money, they weren’t friendly, nor were they caring u0026 attentive - despite being unable to think or consent to anything they treated me. I was unable to give any input due to my state of mind. They were going to charge me 30k baht to simply stay the night. I’m lucky my friend was able to take me home.

Now I am better, I was able to visit the hospital to request more details, I wanted a breakdown of the cost so I know exactly what I was given, what tests were done and why.

They told me I have to pay for the medical history, they wouldn’t give me the details or a breakdown of the cost. (Not fully anyway). I’ve been suffering from some after effects that may be related to the medication they gave me. I asked them, can you please just ask the doctor if it is normal for me to feel this way? Only to be told angrily “if you want to see doctor you pay another 1000 baht”

Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy I was treated, and I’m happy I was given help, but refusing to give me a breakdown of the entire cost and also trying to charge me extra when I have questions consequentially is absolutely ridiculous.

The lady that dealt with the insurance is incredibly rude, demanding and offensive.

Am, unfortunately, a frequent visitor here with one overnight stay.

No problems. Doctors and nurses speak English. Translators of other languages are on staff.

No long wait for services. Good prices. Great doctors. Not too busy because of the pandemic and less tourists in the city.

No complaints. I go there monthly for my health problems.

What a lovely hospital. Simple, easy, good communication. And a Dr.can't recall his name but was all ears to my problem. Had done a US scan and a urine test and other medications were given. My daughter was loved by all staff members, offering snacks and toys for her during the slightly lengthy wait. Yes it can be on the pricey side but they hit the nail on the head. Thank you for the honest and quick service. ????

Whent to the dentist for a filling but before the doctor start, telling me to do a rapid covid-19 test the cost was 200 bth was ok for me. I ask for a new filling but after this the doctor start to clean my teeth what I not ask for. And when I ask to stop the doctor was very .... of and the 200 bth I need to pay to her so money in the pocket because no receipt for this.

I have experienced only the best at this hospital
I went to the emergency room for a dislocated finger. The Emergency Dr was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable as he explained the process. Lucky for me, it required no surgery as he was able to successfully put it back into its socket. I want to praise Dr Kanon Limudomporn for the excellent treatment he provided. Also the emergency team, the nurses and reception staff as they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Only person that was moody was the cashier, but that’s ok

Plan to use this hospital for all their services as needed. Highly recommended

The worst experience ever in Thailand. During 14! years living here i was not seen anything like that.
Today is 12 February 2021.
Staff meeting customers under the metal tent outside hospital.
I came with child less 2 years and fever 39+
Asked to move inside, they said that i have to check blood pressure, temperature and others under this tent. So, i thought, ok, we will check outside, its covid time, maybe after that we will come inside.
But then, they said, please, wait doctor here too!
I said that my child has fever, so better come inside building. And staff informed me, that doctor will make examination also outside.
If you see that area, its disgusting. It was part of parking area for hospital cars.
Ok, the last point was when i said that we need make a blood test, to check it on viruses. Staff informed that blood test will be outside aswell. Then i took my Passport and go away.
Decision is yours about choosing hospital where to treat your family.

PS. Before writing this review, I visited another hospital. And there was everything ok as normal way.
