We were booked through websites. When we were arrived. The room wasn’t ready so staff upgraded to the big room for us. Once we got in Fridge smell horrible. Warm water doesn’t working well!! Breakfast is so cheap quality!! Good things all staff here are very nice they are so helpful and try their best to service customers.

AC doesn't cool well. Floor is better for sleeping than bed.

This place is a hidden gem... wonderful setting....extremely well maintained....great hidden getaway spot for couples or golfers !

Nice little resort, has swimming pool, gym, bar, restaurant and spa. Rooms basic but ok, we stayed in a standard room, which has a little garden area outside to sit. Booked the same day on Expedia and they were not aware of our booking on arrival, this might explain why room not stocked with tea or coffee. Food was very tasty and reasonable prices for food and drink. So overall a pleasant stay. Simple breakfast offered.

Nice food, kids play area. Pool for hotel guests only so even if you buy lunch you can't use the pool. A little odd particularly when business is so low but such is life!

What a joke this place is. Unfortunately this was booked as a package deal with Halo Flights.

On arrival at the hotel at 8.00pm, after 28 hours travelling from home to hotel, we was told that can we wait another 30 minutes for our room to be prepared as it was not yet ready.

We were told we could wait in the bar area and was charged for our drinks (a complimentary drink would have been nice).

Once we were told our room was ready, we were taken to it. WOW. We booked a premium room and was given a room from the tardis. The room was something from the 80's. We had to complain about the fridge not working, big crack in the door and not closing (my friend is diabetic so has to keep his insulin in the fridge). The safe was not working. It took staff a further 1 hour to change our safe and fridge.

We explained we paid for a premium room but was told that the hotel is fully booked.

Three rooms opposite we empty on the first night (as you can see through the patio doors)

We complained to the manager, who said he was the owner's son from Australia. Even he said how this hotel is 4* is beyond him.

The following morning we came down for breakfast and was more appalled. buffet breakfast was on the menu. The buffet dishes were cold and half empty.

On our second morning, no buffet available. We were told it's a'la carte, yet no menu offered.
