KJs house in Pattaya has reopened. Same guesthouse, new owners (two ladies). Still 500 baht per day or you can do short time (ST) in the rooms for 200 baht per hour. There is a 300 baht key deposit. Tjhis is a budget hotel so do not expect too much. The wifi signal, of which they give you the password at the front dest, is not strong enough to reach floors 3, 4, and 5. On floor 3 I had no wifi. The old KJs wifi signals are still there but the front desk does not have the passcodes. The safe did not work in my room. Shower and sink water pressure are both good. The bed is ok, good for one night. Rooms are clean. If your room is facing the front, you will hear loud music from Soi Chaiyapoon from until about 2am each night. You will also hear loud construction during the day. The only time you will get a sound sleep is form 2am until 9am.
