We booked a return trip to Koh Chang giving specific dates and were allocated times of ferries and coach pick up, going to Koh Chang was ok, returning was not. We had carefully planned our trip to Koh Chang and arranged it so that we could return at the set time, 1 day before returning we was told we would have to return 2 hours earlier completely ruining our plans having to cancel pre paid accommodation and paying for another hotel closer to the ferry so we did not miss our slot, we got the ferry on time as instructed and waited for our coach to Pattaya which arrived an hour late so all the rushing we did was wasted, we travel a lot in Thailand but this is the first time we have been messed around by a travel company. There excuse was, quote, we have changed operators and the holiday traffic, not good enough.
In response to reply, when we arrived at Trat ferry side at the correct time there was a coach waiting at the correct time but we was not put on the coach and had to wait over an hour for the next coach but was obviously over booked or accomodating for people who were late, when we did finally leave there was no sign of any traffic jams which we were told was the reason we had to wait, there seems to be an organising problem with this company and if you have a tight schedule as we did do not use them a seek alternative transport if you don't mind waiting and been messed about carry on as the cost is reasonable. We do usually complain but we were very annoyed at the extra costs that we incurred due to the schedule change by the company which due to the waiting we did was not necessary. Note to company treat your passengers better or loose custom
