This is an incredible hotel with many amenities for being so inexpensive. The rooms are extremely clean and include a large comfortable bed. A nice flat-screen TV has many good channels. The air conditioning is nice and cold and the water pressure in the shower is nice and powerful. Finally, the free Internet is very fast and reliable.

Very nice budget guest house. The room is very clean and has a nice big comfortable bed. Includes a large flat-screen TV with many channels, hi-speed WIFI Internet, good AC, good water pressure on the shower, and good customer service. The price is very low for the high quality from about 500 Baht (Internet special) to 700 Baht.

The place is great. Big new clean beautiful rooms with all the amenities.
The best was the shower which had a great water stream. The owners were very nice too.
The main problem was that the curtains were not blcackout curtains. Also the air-conditioner was not directed at the bed, which meant the whole room needed to get cold before it was felt on the bed
