This is has been the 4th time I have stayed here and will be the last. My previous visits the staff were extremely professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and exceptional. The times I have lodged here were in 2010,2012 and 2016. All visits were good till this recent visit. They held on to our passports and said they needed a 500 baht deposit to get them back. Interesting The room was disgusting, 0 toiletries, smelled, was not cleaned at all. They swapped me to another room which was a bit more decent but just didn’t meet the expectations that I had before. Additionally the gym needed attention, it appeared no one has cleaned it since 2016. They play music extremely loud around 8pm till 11pm. Lastly room service. Asked if they can come and clean a bit later they said no and they had to many rooms to clean they were to busy. Maybe it’s due to Covid or management. Hopefully they can do better

Best Place To Visit. Such A Beautiful Place. Very Cooperative Staff. Good Indian Food Inside The Resort.Good And Well Furnished Rooms. Near By All The Markets In Pattaya. From Just Walking Distance. Felling Very Good After Visit At The Resort. They Arrange Everything In The Hotel If you Want To Go Anywhere Call Reception They Arrange The Cab Even Guide Also.

Good hotel at a good price. The staff is very welcoming and polite. Guests are allowed to spend the night with you. Nice swimming pool. I spent some hours in the swimming pool. Pattaya street is only walking distance from the hotel. Overall a very good experience. Thank you Mind Resort for a good time.

I went there after our visit to the Tiger Park in Pattaya for lunch. It was a buffet with very limited spread, but the food was good. If you are searching for an Indian restaurant in the vicinity and a buffet lunch, I would recommend this place. But don't think of this to be like other buffets with very large spread

DO NOT GO HERE.

WARNING!!! INDIAN HOTEL.!!! WARNING.

This is a hotel used for Indian charter trips. Busses and busses of Indian people arrive here. And they are all rude like the hotel staff.

Very rude hotel staff. They dont even buy toilettpaper. You bring a friend to hotel they charge 500 baht extra. You use towel for clean 500 baht exta.

When i arrived i get hotel room without hot water and a broken air condition. They change me to another room without hot water and same broken air condition. After over 1 hour they turn on hot water for me. But still when i tell them air condition is broken they just say its automatic. Its not automatic if the termo is broken. It clearly says on the air conditioning unit that it thinks its 61 celcius in the room no matter how long or cold you run the air condition.

Reception was very rude. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

They are cheap people.

Pathetic place, rude manager, bad maintenance with basic cleaning. Cheap phenyl sprayed allover the rooms and walkways. Look out for other places which provide better service and ambience for similar price.

Rooms are quite big.. Hotel (breakfast and dinner) tasty.. Counter lady attendant was very confused and not customer friendly.. As mostly occupants are international travellers, and common language is English, hotel authorities should post counter attendants who knows english.. overall good..
