Located at the entrance to pattaya soi 11, it's easy to find and good location to either go to the beach, to soi LK or can walk to the central festival mall. Lots of massage shops and restaurants around this area. The price is reasonable and the room is decent. The TV is a little small and many of the the channels are fuzzy but I don't watch much TV. The elevator is located at the back of the hotel which I feel is a little weird, would be much better if it was at the front.

Lovely hotel, staff are friendly can be a bit noisy when bands are playing. I would definitely stay again.

Actually a passable house, something very used and in need of renovation. Price performance would be right, but unfortunately it is very very noisy there and that is not because of the nearby 2nd Road, which you can hardly hear, but because of the nice guests who drink in the pool, smoke and also go in there with street clothes. Very unhygenic. Neither the staff nor the management does anything. In addition, the Wi-Fi is very poor. The really nice staff does their best to make the stay pleasant, so another star for that.

Really cute boutique hotel. Of the rooms are on sale snap it up as its in a great location. If not, im not sure if it's worth the normal rate of 1.7k baht. We paid 450b.

Very nice I lived here many times have room cleaning every day, kettle, small cooler nice big double bed big bathroom with hot and cold water. Staff is very nice and friendly.
At the entrance have nice restaurant with good food and cheap. Have massage At the end of the pool that is nice.
I lived with pool access nice can sit outside this place is on 2 road soi 11 near everything
I be coming back many times more thanks.

Very nice hotel. Not a busy place . friendly staff.Room I'm staying is on a high floor with balcony big rooms with a queen size bed got a little couch plus a table with a mirror.big shower head my favourite and a hand held shower head as well got 2 in one.clean bathroom very spacious.There is nothing to complain except internet is very slow that's the only down side. Can watch YouTube it will take ages to load up. Very happy for the price they charge. Got 2 pools one looks like a kids pool.big pool is not wide but long could be 20m or 25m so if you like doing laps that's type of pool you want. I did 10 laps and was struggling to catch my breath after each lap. Hardly anyone always empty if you want the pool to your self or to your family. I loved it because I like doing laps which you can't do it in hotel pools except here. I will definitely stay here again . location is on 2nd road next to central festival .bath buses at your door steps 4min walk to the beach road.This hotel also a guest friendly hotel
