This is not hotel or serviced apartments. Its just rooms owned by different people and given a key to an agent to rent them. Dont expect anything good from an agent that 1 bht is worth than the world for them

Love the place, absolute gd spot from walking st n soi6. Nearby Kiss food affordable not bad quality. Cheap place to stay, plenty of china tourists though, i would say majority so it might be rowdy. Booked it on airbnb with Candy. Clean, super fast check in/out due to host so choose ur host carefully. The guards r nice n didnt do anything to me, helped bring me up to my apartment n didnt ask for any money whatsoever so it probably depends on yr luck or who ur host is. Because technically its illegal to rent out the condo.

The receptionist and the owner are the Worst people on the planet to deal with. The check in office is half mile away from the condo. The people are very rude and don’t know how to do talk to customers. I’d booked two rooms and I was given a room in two different towers. No toiletries in the restrooms. DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A PLEASANT VACATION.

The guards are the most rude in the world. they do anything to take away the money of the visitors. The hotel is good, but you have to be careful of the young guards

Great place for a cheap price. The whole view of Pattaya can be seen from top floors. The swimming pool at the top floor is amazing

Value for money...location is awsome...amenities are marvellous..overall value for money...mamy shop ..taxi service and shopping market ..beach side road all prime location is near by.

A good room for 2 whit good view to the city. The best part is that it is central and close to everything.
