The new water machine is both pathetic and ridiculous. Water bottles can’t fit and it dispenses water at what is literally the slowest rate I have ever seen in my life.

Can’t imagine why someone would approve this machine. Unless their goal was to not have members drink water at the gym.

Nice and clean gym with not so many people on the evening (even on Sat). The staffs are nice and friendly and as it is only one floor, so all machines are easily accessed. I'd love to come back here again if I happen to visit Pattaya next time.

If I were rating this place according to Pattaya standards, I'd give it 5 stars. It's clean; there are a lot of machines; it's at a decent temperature; staff are friendly; and it's easy to get to with the 10B taxi.

But for American standards, it's a 3 stars for me:

1. Machines and weights are not for serious lifters. Fine for people taking selfies, which I saw some do.

2. Trainers don't pay attention to other members when training; taking up too much space.

3. There's only 1 spray bottle for cleaning in the entire place.

4. The one water fountain they have was out-of-service the entire 3 weeks I was there.

5. Front desk staff look at their phones too much. It's not a professional look.

6. Some staff lacked basic English skills. I had a difficult time with registration.

7. There's no wi-fi. This is 2021...

The Fitness-Gym is clean, and got very good treadmills. The equipment is brand new and I would recomend this gym to someone who simply wants to stay in shape and lose weight. Keep in mind that it is a fitness-gym. That means that it is quite small, and does not have alot of equpment for weightlifting. But that is fine. Something I REALLY dont like with Jetts is that they only accept card payments, and that is because they will automatically charge your credit card EVERY month. And it is quite the hassle to cancel it (So it's kinda sneaky). I would otherwise give it a 5-star rating for delivering the kind of gym it sets out to be.

Missing very important equipment, isolateral equipment. Definitely not worth the price but its nice looking

I love this gym.. Centrally located.. By far the best equipment at one gym in Pattaya....The staff are all fitness instructor. With alot of knowledge about fitness and how to used the equipment correctly..
