Please consider other options before booking this hotel. They have hired a very unwelcoming and rude manager who was absolutely no help at all. Huge ego and speaks down to you. Customer service 0/5. I pre-booked my stay, they said airport transport was included and still tried to charge me 2000 baht. I ended up booking my own taxi to not get overcharged. They offer full refunds via Agoda, but if you book any other way, forget ever getting a refund.

The room was terrible. Tiny balcony looking into a derelict building opposite, weak aircon, and the shower water pressure was the worst I've experienced. There are plenty of great options in Pattaya for accommodation and unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

We enjoyed our stay there. Great location! Just a walking distance to Terminal 21. The room is comfortable and functional. The swimming pool is great for kids. They had so much fun. Highly recommend!

Guys NO!!!!
THIS HOTEL MAKING problem to me from the first day! I booking room by internet, 1 day 930bath ,on place I have to pay 1200bath !

My room has not been clining from 9 days !
Last 2 days I didn't get breakfast! You can see
cockroaches in the hotel.
Amazing service! My room should be deluxe with city view ,but all I can see from balcony is another building.
In first day manager ask me to not use swimming pool bcuz I just arrived from Europe...

2nd time at this Hotel .
Service is excellent.
Staff polite and curious.
Will go to 7/11 and get your orders. Room service.
Food is high quality.

My family stayed here for quarantine as soon as we arrived in Thailand. They arranged airport pickup to their front desk. Very friendly and warm service from staff, room was spacious, and good value for money. Highly recommended.

This was my quarantine hotel after I got out of the airport. They take care of you like you are one of the own. They have a wonderful dining room with food made fresh and ready a variety of Thai choices and Western choices, all together it is a wonderful hotel.

I stayed here for 7 day AQ (Alternative Quarantine). Hotel is nice and stuff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Wi-Fi is good. I had hotel room city view, the windows are good insulated so you don't here much noise from the street. Food was ok. Only negative is that the compressor of the refrigerator is a little bit loud and woke me up in night several times. But that's ok.
