Rented a room a day in advance and we were told we could check in anytime before 12 by staff. The next day we come and they won’t let us check in, say they don’t know what was said, don’t offer any kind of reimbursement or apology, and make us wait for 5 hours before we can check in.
Being told we can check in before 12 then having a 100% apathetic attitude without any solution or reimbursement is what the problem is.
Be aware of what they tell you.
