Good place. I cannot forget my stay here for a special reason. My friend left her gold chain under pillow and forgot to grab it when checked out. Its an expensive heavy chain. Later from airport, we called up hotel on this. Initially, the staffs were not great cooperative on this matter. Finally, the front desk staff said the gold chain was found by housekeeping staffs and we picked it up. Thank you. Staffs are very cooperative in servicing clients.

We stayed in the Family Suite for one night. Upon entering, we immediately noticed dirt and hair on the floor, so we informed the housekeeping and had them re-clean our room while we were out. Unfortunately, when we returned, we found loads more hair all over the bathroom floor and shower, which was really disgusting!

Other than that, the hotel was no where near the beach (just in case you were wondering), and was not the most accessible spot in the city.

The room was big and spacious, and the bed was relatively comfortable.

The staff were pretty nice, although the concierge was swearing and cursing on the phone while helping us with our bags - also highly unprofessional.

Probably wouldn't return.

This is a hotel recommended by Chinese tourists. The lobby is huge but the warmth from the people across the reception is not great. Huge rooms and they gave a room facing the backside. The hotel was only 20% occupied. They could have definitely given a room facing the pool and the main street to win some brownie points.
The breakfast was ok. There is a 7-11 store right outside. Also for some odd reason the room service for food shuts by 8pm BKK time.
Not a pleasant stay at all.

Very nice place. As the name suggests it is really Grand one. Though it us not located at the Beach but it is not much away. Very big and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also good. Only concern is with the room service.

Not a very convenient location but the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff not so friendly , not well versed in English. Caters to big tours so not so good for families. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment.
7/11 nearby is the only saving grace !

Beautiful hotel and rooms are very spacious and do have balcony and big bathrooms.
Breakfast is ohk. Hotel Location is fine , close to all major tourist attractions like within 5k radius.

In the name of five star hotel,
Its the worst stay .
Same breakfast daily with no taste.
Staff is un supportive.
Receptionist is always in angry mood.
Staff service is very very poor.

So i suggest , if u are going to pataya then dont consider this property
