A good place, BUT the staff and the female owner are as arrogant as anything can get, you totally do not care what people say about staff, you just block the people who write negatively to her, even the Thai customers have had enough of it owner, sad because otherwise a wonderful place, but when you have to stay in a bad mood just by coming in the door, due to arrogance of worst drawer, as well as when you have to go, well then it goes without saying, then you find a place where one feels WELCOME

3 stars because of bad receptionist.
I like to spend my money at friendly people.
Just signed up for a month and quite probably not renewing.
However, if you can pass over seeing a grumpy person each day then the gym is correct. Aircon is running. All equipment is there. Not trendy or new fashion but decently maintained and good diversity. Price is very reasonable too.

Lots of free weight machines. Lots of runners and bikes. Some dedicated stretching area. Great value for money

Good equipment. Plenty of parking. Open until 10pm.

Great neighborhood gym...a full selection of machines and free weights along with a full selection of cardio machines. The shower room is basic but most members shower when they get home. It's not fancy...but not a fancy price either and it has everything one needs for a good workout.

Great economical gym with everything you need and it has air cinditioning. Great value.

Staff is not very helpful. I am new to working out and have a trainer and staff always waited until he was gone to tell me we were violating some made up rules until finally I got thrown out. Even though everytime they addressed an issue with them I never complained, always apologized and never did it again. It is VERY obvious I am a beginner and that I am learning. I dont know what the actual issue is but I am not welcome back and will not recommend it to anyone, no matter how dirt cheap it is. Rude to an extreme.

It's a nice big gym with lots of equipment. It's a no classes gym. Just weights and cardio.

My only complaint is it needs cooler aircon.
