Perfect location, a little bit offside of the more busy areas but near enough to reach every place
The gym area as well as the large pool (length is 150m) are wonderful to keep fit and have fun!

I went to visit a friend it was a two bedroom the bedrooms were large the living room was kind of small. The Halls had really nice tile on them the doors looked really nice look like a Class A Place they had a nice swimming pool and it's a number of buildings I went to Building C good experience

Great pool, spacious apartments, 7 eleven and family mart around the corner, free shuttles to the beach and Tesco. We loved it here.

A far away distance from Jomtien beach, the Condominium has a spacious fitness gym with modern equipments strictly proper fitness wear is required, the view was delightfully simple and nice, each buildings has each fire exit,smoke detectors and mail boxes, room is vibrantly designed with various unique combination of colors to its living room,bathroom,bedroom and kitchen, While the pool is truly enticing to a swimmer for it's a long way swimming horizon centered by a water slide way down to a huge kiddie pool, do not left the kids unattended,,,, no lifeguard.

Dusit Grand Park is located in Pattaya Jomtien far away from beach front but they have shuttle bus at daylight with time schedule for 5 times in a day. This huge property concept designed modernize with long and wide swimming pool. You can rent for the price of 15,000 thousand baht depends how you converse for the assigned manager. Or you can buy also depends to a given discount but the least price
2, 340, 000 for room price, additional to this expenses as what they say one time payment are the following:
1. Water installation fee
2. Electric meter
3. Sinking fund 500baht sqm.
4. Yearly maintenance fee 35baht sqm.
5. Ownership transfer fee
6. Deposit water and electric
(In case customers do not pay for the bills, this money will be deducted.)
7. TT3
8. Total additional extra charges of
109, 012 baht.
9. Grand total for 1 unit with 1 bedroom is 2, 449, 012 baht.
As per conversation they need a confirmation as to where your money comes from for declaration of property to a government, they need to talk with the concerned people from your bank as to why your going to transfer the money to them to avoid extra charges. Complicated to buy a unit to foreigners side what they asked first is to deposit 50,000 as a guarantee so that they can keep the unit for you.

Amazing nice place to stay for a couple weeks. The Dust Park is always very clean and the swimming pool is amazing beautiful. In the middle of the swimming pool there is a slide and perfect for small children.
Even in the night time beautiful to walk Around. Good security keeping not residents out.
