This place is fantastic, the staff are ultra friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are well furnished, well equipped, clean and large. The swimming pool is great and well maintained. The location is very close to the beach and there are some local eating places and a 711 very close by.

Cholchan is dated, giving you 90’s Florida resort vibes but it is clean, the size is the room and price makes up for it. The service is 5 stars, staff is friendly, helpful and considerate.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet poolside getaway, not into the nightlife.
Easy grab ride to the malls.
I believe they allow pets as I saw some guests with dogs, which is great as the beachside is perfect for walkies!
There are several restaurants by the beachside but keep in mind that pandemic hasn’t been kind to this area. Hopefully it will recover soon.
Would stay again in the future ❤️

Clean, spacious hotel rooms. Great value and beautiful pool right by the water. Great place to stay when wanting to spend the day in Pattaya, but have a quiet night outside the city

Nice maintained old retro style, they have these tissue type toilette paper, Windows only open 20 cm, very nice pool area, tide goes back 200 + meters

Nice hotel for relaxing outside Pattaya centre. Friendly Staff, They let us do check in 3 hours before than the normal check in time. Also they gave us free a better room view. Awesome pool also. For the sport lovers you have a quiet and long seafront to enjoy. What a great stay in Cholchan Pattaya Beach Resort!!
