Good Hotel , a bit better than the sutus court but also a little bit more expenssive. Rooms are very clean most of them have a balcony .Everything you need and want is in very comfy walking distance , all types of taxis around.
I´ve done a lot of vlogs on youtube about this city and specially about and around pattaya´s soi buakhao , so feel free to check them out.

New management since we last stayed here, no change to room or service but unfortunately no bar here now!!?? Area 51 literally opposite to make up for it... We always stay here due to being cheap, clean and in a nice part of Pattaya! A nice walk to walking street with a lot of amazing things to do on the way.

Poor costumer service with dry attitude almost All of the staff include the Restaurant waitresses . Only one guy in night shift was nice and professional. I will NEVER go back there again

I have stayed here many times and never had a problem, it is well priced for what it is. It could do with upgrading
