They try so hard to get a little extra money wherever they can Beware if u book on Agoda, the water is not free. Hotel always charges 150 to 300 more than Agoda If you are already there, they will refuse your booking and ask you to pay more. Wifi is decent Room forgetable You can do a lot better

I stayed in December and into the new year. The hotel is right in the heart on the city. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The owner and his wife were also very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here and will return in March. If you are coming to pattaya ,then this is a great hotel to stay in. I would give it 10/10.

Clean rooms very friendly staff and once of them speak very well English and German fair price, it's multi cultural location

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The rooms are satisfactory and situated on a seedy street.
What made the experience so awful was the receptionist. Not only extremely rude, ignoring me when asking questions, snapping, pulling a horrible discruntled face. An embarrassment to the hotel and the owner knows how awful she is. She is not only the worst employee if have ever encountered a deeply unpleasant human being.
(Also beware of the safe- it is particularly difficult to use and guests seem to frequently lock with the wrong code)

IVe stayed here a couple times and always have a nice stay. Top location as quiet but right in the city. Staff were very helpful and the maid was in every day to change towels u0026 bedding. Cheap but not too much this hotel leave in your soul the semsation of needing to come back again I was spending more than 10 days in perfect feeeling.

Location is perfect for getting to most of the local sites. The location is perfect for public transport. All are spotless. I was excited with the services until the end. Upon arrival at hotel at 12:30 hrs i have been asked to wait for some time as room was not ready.
