The room was big enough. We booked the hotel for 2 nights via agoda. We used 10% discount and we paid 275 b per night - great value. Room was cleaned every day and also beddings were changed. Hotel has 2 kinds rooms, in one building there are rooms with double bed, tv, ac, wifi, kettle, coffee, balcony. The other building is by the swimming pool but I have no idea about the price. Great for the value.

We got a room which was nothing like the pictures. We got a big room, but not clean at all. Dust is everywhere, and the staff doesn't speak english at all.
I cleaned the balcony with the small (smelly) towel from the hotel and the old woman charged me 300 baht/9euro for it! I wanted to pay 100baht and she got a bit offensive and walked away.
Because of her attitude, the smelly towels, the difference between the actual room and the pictures and dust everywhere in the room, i would not recommand this place.
But to be honest it is a cheap price for a room with AC.

The size of the rooms is good. Safe and secure even though it is on a small side street. Its down a back alley not near anything nice. I found that they did not have security guards. You do not feel comfortable at all when you take a shower. Have a nice day, Joel.

The hotel runs by local family and locates very far from the center of Pattaya. Safe and secure even though it is on a small side street. After 6pm you have the classic Thai restaurant across the street (great food btw) start its live bands, this goes until 3am or later depending on crowd.

We found this hotel online and it looked good. Breakfast is not the Hilton however for the price we paid we were more than satisfied. The hotel staff are very friendly at all times and very helpful. I Stay at Suite room which is really big room for the price.

It was good spacious room with AC. It was maintained well. Staff don't no English. WiFi connection was not that good. There was balcony for every room but couldn't stand there coz AC output fan was placed there which was eliminating hot air.. Nice swimming pool.. Calm area...

good place to stay nice rooms neat and clean good ac .good swimming pool but brakfast is very short with limited stuff.
quite away from walking street. but local streets are good shortcut.
in the hotel 2 types rooms are available 1 in the building and 2nd is pool front.
overall good experience to stay here.
we stay here 3 nights from 26th to 29th of July 2017
