Good hotel , located in the centre.
Walkable distance to nearby malls and attractions , rooms are calm u0026 silent at night.
Kosher restaurant is available in the property, though i have not tried it , clean and well maintained property, definitely recommended for family u0026 solo travelers......

It's a good hotel with prompt service but the aircon thermostat was broken in 707 room and would go down to 15 centigrade. I had to switch off the aircon manually and not use it at night cuz it would get super cold.

The entrance is hard to find, so difficult for taxi drivers, delivery etc. Good access to bars. It seems to be an Israeli hotel with Hebrew offers in the lift.

All services in hotel are very good. The staff never failed to greet and smile to each of their guests. Can not say enough about how much we enjoy the entire facility. The location of the hotel is also great for guests. After taking the payment, I was told have to pay deposit for my staysome outrageous amountwhy.

The room had everything you would want. You are taken care of from the beginning till the end. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. In terms of the room all well cleaned. For Restaurant Have a kosher Food Jew style Thai Food and international Food Delicious.

Delicious buffet, reasonably priced with outstanding service. A lot of great food including Western food cooked to a high quality. They have a beautiful atmosphere with large blue fishtanks, comfortable seating and soft, easy listening music. The hotel and apartments are also of a high quality, beautifully decorated with friendly staff.

Most of the hotel staff are friendly and most seem to make an effort. The hotel is highly automated and the staffs are all well trained like an army to comply with the rules and regulations of the hotel. The room aircondition temperature is centrally controlled and is nonadjustable. I really like this hotel.
