Very nice pool on 10th floor
Spacious room, big TV, the room is new.

However, breakfast is on average you have to choose on arrival and there are not so many choices which is quite bad.

The room service boys were really really rude. Never had this experience before. The boy was just too irritated when we asked him something. The experience was repeated again the second day.

The towels provided to us were really worn out. So we asked the service boy to change it. He was agitated with that request. The towels he replaced with were even more worn out. One of the towel was torn. The manufacturing date on the towel is 2017. It's shocking that a 5 star hotel continues to use 6 year old towels.

The rooms and fitoits are great. The prices are great too.

Great view of the city, clean room, and nice breakfast. One thing though, there are random charges on things you wouldn't expect, and the amount of money in those charges will probably make you click your tounge if some staff comes after you and tells you to pay for it, so be careful with their property.

Nice , modern Hotel, very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff was super friendly and thoughtful, we were traveling with elderly grandmother and got immediately a wheel chair for her. Breathtaking view from our room and swimming pool was amazing. I really recommend this hotel!

Itis nice and has great service, and the swimming pool is excllent, next to the pool is a bar you can order foods and drinks. But i order a watermellon drink and it tastes like kind has a sour tastes, but i will still give 4 stars for everything ????

Absolutely beautiful hotel and excellent room service. Breakfast is very good as well. It is close to various markets and 7 elevens. About 10 mins from the city centre and about the same from the beach as well. Uploaded pics from the 25th floor ????
