I have stayed here for 2 weeks before the room are pretty big have a good size balcony nice swimming pool all for a cheap price.. It is quite far away from all the bars and clubs you will need to use baht bus or motor taxi to get to all the bars. One word of advice all ways have the hotel business card on you as the local baht bus taxis drivers will not know where this place is.. So i can not stress any more take a business card with you.

Nice atmosphere as the atrium of the hotel has nice fishponds and greenery so it doesnt feel like a typical hotel. All of the staff where helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average. Breakfast was plentiful and of a good standard. Breakfast in American style or fruits is good enough for anyone on earth.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels throughout Thailand that were around this price range lately, and Bella Villa has definitely been one of my favorite ones so far.
The room was clean, spacious and had very good A/C.
I checked-in quite late and didn't have enough time to try out the WiFi/pool and other amenities, but the staff were very friendly.

It's very neat and clean. Staff seemed semi friendley but there english was average at best. The rooms are spacious and serviced very efficiently every day. Rooms are very clean. For the price charged this is good value for money. Its good for families and couples who want a peaceful time in pattaya.

The location of the hotel is so perfect. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my stay at Bella Villa Serviced Apartments. Room's are very clean. The serviceminded staff of the hotel is doing a good and effective work. I think I'll come back to see you soon Bell Vella.

The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. It's very neat and clean. Most of all the price was great. Breakfast was plentiful and of a good standard. Thank you to the staff. The place is recommended for Couples and families on a budget.

Nice clean and big room with all you need for service apartment; microwave plates spoon folk. Have a small swimming pool fitness and sauna. (For sauna just 60 THB/hr)
Close to many good restaurants thats are cheap and delicious.
Recommended!!
