Pros:
u003eIt was near a convenience store and essential stores.
u003eThe staff were polite and helpful.
u003eThe bed was super spacious.
u003eThere is car parking for free.
u003eWater and toiletries were provided daily.

Cons:
u003eBed sheets were never changed during our stay.
u003eNo electric kettle but you could heat water downstairs.
u003eWiFi was not working and when it did it was slow.

I went Pattaya and stay this place with my two friends last week, price is so cheep! When we get there there were no body in the front desk or even no any single staff over there ! we have to wait more than 1u0026 1/2 h to check in . The front desk staff have no any pinch of ability of English ! we felt so uneasy! They doing all the things on their smartphones not in computer!! Rooms are smelly u0026 very poor bath room . Should stay away!
Its location; very far away to the down town ,beach u0026 walking street !
It over 1/2 h on foot ! no good,clean, friendly eating places around! But Patttya Beach side is really good place to enjoy ,friendly ppl ,nice girls good food u0026 very cheep than BK.

Great service, everything you need is nearby. Good price/quality if you want a nice room for sleeping and don't want to waste money on a hotel where you'll not stay during the day.

Nice modern rooms and nice service for the price. Some minor problems with wi-fi however and some of the staff speak not a single word of English. All in all a nice experience for the price.

Infested with ants, down an alley, wifi terrible and rooms not very nice. Left without staying

It is my favorite place to stay in pattaya so far. It's inexpensive yet cozy. Love this place.

Perfect stay with very cleaned luxurious rooms at affordable price
