We took Rapid antigen tests (1190 baht) before flying with their drive-through fit to fly program. It went smoothly. The car park is very well directed and payment can be made via card or cash on the spot.

We arrived at 0925 for our slot 0930 to 1030 and it was pretty much empty. They checked the passports and confirmed pick up method (collection or email). Poking into noses is never fun but the nurse was professional and kind.

The only thing is you will have to reserve the time slot minimum 3 days in advanced. Other than that it was hassle free.

I visited the Super Sight clinic a few weeks ago. I have nothing but praise for the hospital and the whole team. It went like clockwork. Pre procedure consult , overnight stay on procedure day then 3 follow up checks. Every thing on time. General staff were very helpful, room was very good, comfortable and kept immaculate.

Very satisfied with the service I received here. Been there for a number of reasons including surgery and emergency services. Each time, doctors are excellent, staff is very friendly. I feel very comfortable having this hospital nearby.

Great doctors and equipment but often a very long wait to pay. With the amount they charge I would expect they could make paying for it faster. Sometimes have to wait an hour plus just to give them their money. Unacceptable.

Excellent, if somewhat expensive primary, secondary and tertiary care provided by knowledgeable and friendly physicians, supported by a very friendly and thorough squad of nurses, technicians and support staff. Excellent at providing "tide me over" until I get home medication, dispensed on site by knowledgeable and thorough pharmacists.

Premium prices, Soviet bread line waiting times. Today I missed lunch to be on time to my first of 2 appointments and yet somehow I’m still not done here more than 3 hours later. Hospital packs in patients so you have to wait until you’re growing cobwebs, then charges a premium. Most expensive hospital in Pattaya. Only go here if others don’t have equipment. Staff mostly nice and trying to accommodate, but last straw was a cashier that, when asked why it would take 45 minutes to check my insurance benefits, cut me off and when asked to let me finish speaking, then left a looooong silence and followed by a question whether s/he could speak that in view of the lapsed time would be very hard not to construed as sarcasm. It seemed to be the icing on the cake, were it not for the perspective now that for 2 appointments, I’ve been here almost 4 hours, with no end, or lunch, in sight. It did not help that I just literally froze my +xxx off having an ultrasound in a building that’s the temperature of a meat locker.
