Average place to stay. The hotel staff were actually pretty nice. But the hotel was not really clean, and there were pretty many issues. I booked Acqua, but got moved to this hotel, as they were renovating the roof. Same management as Acqua.

Close to the LK metro. There is music in the nearby bars until morning, it is hard to sleep. There is a small but nice rooftop pool. The rooms are getting old. The items are old and the shower curtains are in poor condition. Cleaning is not very good, but not bad. If your room is dirty, they clean it in more detail when you tell the receptionist. Guests are generally western and respectful people. At some hotels in Pattaya, you may encounter noisy tourist groups (usually men). The guests of this hotel were silence people. By the way, the balcony is very small and the air conditioner's outdoor unit covers almost the all balcony.

4 out of 5 for overall impression

Upsides:
- Neat rooms
- Polite personnel

Downsides:
- Bathroom could be repaired as it has mold in places
- One day they forgot to clean our room, when I complained at the reception and asked to give me at least water, they gave me 2 bottles even when I asked more bottles. It is very different from US when they to try go beyond to keep the customer happy, especially when they screwed up and forgot to clean the room. It means they the personnel is not trained to be on the customer side in such situations
- They forgot to give the soap so that I had to buy it in 7-eleven myself; I thought they don't give soap at all but then noticed it on photos in other reviews
- They forgot to give us toilet paper; it is alleviated by toilet shower though
- Hotel is located on the street with massage parlors so I had hard time getting out of and in the hotel as the massage girls were loudly inviting me to have massage; eventually I found there is a backdoor and started using it to get to the hotel

My stay in the hotel is very good.
Located in a prominent location yet calm atmosphere. The rooftop pool is also good. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are kind of small but definitely worth a try. I will recommend a stay there.

Very basic get what you pay for.price wise cant complain ,friendly staff breakfast across the road very average but you get what you pay for
Back rooms very noisy, which you would expect being so close to the bars and clubs. Value for money yes, comfortable rooms, all very clean

Still a great hotel near everything.Soi Buakaow, Tree town and many massagge shops just out of the room. Nice pool on the rooftop. Usualy the beds are on harder side in Thailand but these one is comfy.
