Joined a staycation 1 night package. Worth every spending except the food can be improved. But really no complain because of the value! Kids love the pool and all the fruit and snacks. There is a mini evening buffet from 6 to 8 with free flow of alcohol. Also the view from the room is stunning (suggest to be specific during booking.)

We had a great stay. Good location. Staff we really really nice throughout. Good pool, riverside breakfast, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, good working Internet …. Great value for money and full facilities hotel. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel also has a very good reputation. Next time would explore more the neighborhood. Bikes for rent would be great.

Initially I was lil skeptical in considering Ramada as an option for a family hotel, but from the moment I checked in till the exit, it turned out to be best possible option available. We were offered a connecting room which turned out to be an extremely comfortable set up. The pool was extremely well maintained and the property was strategically located. They had a private pier and a shuttle boat to drop us to the public ferry and private river cruise piers. I would have given them 5 star, but only handicap was Indian and vegan food options. Overall a good stay.

The Ramada Plaza Hotel at the river was perfect for our short trip in Bangkok. The staff can speak English fluently, the service was great and the rooms very spacious and clean. The beds were really big and comfortable, our view from the room was amazing! Also the pool is really nice to relax in, I can definitely recommend it to everyone! You have shops and the harbour just a few minutes away..

Great location at the riverfront, with free boat connecting to the public river transport. Room which was given had riverfront great view, but unfortunately room-wide window was not clean. In general room needed some thorough redecoration. Checkin procedure was surprisingly slow. In general service quality high.

Got top floor terrace room. Spacious and has a spectacular view of the city.
Asiatique, a shopping mall is walkable and felt safe even late at night.
Breakfast buffet in hotel is average and repetitive.
Overall good experience staying here.

The worst reception’s staff.
We are from Russia. Credit cards don't work. Spent a week in this hotel. The hotel is empty, maybe 40% of the rooms are occupied, there are 2-4 tables for breakfast. The most unpleasant thing is that the price is cheaper at booking, at the reception they sell a room for 1000 baht more. Worst front desk staff I have ever met( 25.05.22)
When we check in 19.05.22 Manager Rude, ignored. I do not recommend this hotel.
P.s. when we checked out, there was a very polite man at the reception 26.05.22. 6 am

The other staff is good (in the restaurant, at the entrance, cleaning)
