Beautiful hotel on the river. We loved the view from our room and the spacious setup. The breakfast was very good and the pricing at the restaurant was affordable and the food was great. We loved the infinity style pool on the River. The room had not been cleaned properly when we got there, but they quickly sent someone up to clean the room. There were a few tiny roaches in the bathroom at night. I assume they came up from the drains. Anyhow, that was disturbing. Besides that, though, I would recommend this hotel. They helped us setup a nurse to come give us a PCR test the night before our flight.

If you want to feel what is a perfect service, you should definitely book here.
We've booked 3 nights in a river view room.
From the moment we arrive with the taxi, they just gave us the best service we could ask for.
The rooms are just HUGE! they are really big and comfy.
The view is amazing and the breakfast was delicious, with a lot of choices.
The pool in the 6th floor is really nice with very good big towels!
The staff are always helping, always smiling to you and give you the feeling that no matter what they will do their best to make you feel good.
Just to mention some of the good services we received from them:
They let us check out late (2pm) without additional charge, we stayed after that in the pool and even took a shower there.
We needed to print a document and they printed it for us with a smile and without any problem.
When the guard saw we finish and need to go out to the airport, he came to us and helped us find the cheapest taxi! we checked together in Grab and Bolt, and eventually he even stopped for us a taxi in the street and talked with him, we received the cheapest price for taxi including highway fee.

Very customer service oriented. Found a few bugs in my room and immediately they send a room keeper get rid of the bugs took some photos and immediately changed a new room for me.

Good breakfast and surrounding area serves good local food too. Boat service would be great if it can be extended on weekend till 2200LT.

Since 2013, this hotel has always been a place for my Korean families to stay whenever they visited Thailand.

Two days before, I visited again after long time.

The interior of the room has been remodeled to make it more clean and new.
Instead of the welcome drink at the lobby bar, various drinks and coffee capsules were provided free of charge in the room.

Even though we checked in on a Thursday and corona situation again, it was crowded with many guests from various countries. (I think they also know this hotel has the best value)
Despite the lots of guests, the service of all staffs was excellent and friendly.

Satisfied with all the services, the only thing I would like to tell hotel is that there was green algaes? on the bottom of the pool. After I said to staff they came right away to check the water.????

I can strongly recommend this hotel to everyone, and I always plan to revisit again at any time.

Perfect as in Perfect. We've been to many good hotels but Chatrium hotel is the best and we are glad that we booked here . I don't understand of some negative reviews here
but in our experience here in this hotel is really GOOD , we stayed for 3 nights , all we can say The hotel services is excellent. Best hotel service ever. Room is spacious, breakfast is really good ,so many choices of food , the pool is huge.
When you need something ,the hotel will help you directly which we really appreciated it . The hotels staffs speak English well not like other hotels in Bangkok. Location is really good too ????

Great location for a riverside stay. It’s good for family with large room with affordable price. Just don’t expect any luxury. Traffic may be bad at times because of a school adjacent to the hotel. The hotel is also accessible by boat taxi from BTS sky train or the expressway. There are lots of local street dining places within walking distance. You’ll enjoy!

Well rooms were good....location was on the river. Breakfast buffet amazing and main reason for the 5 star. Beds were on a bit of firm side. Convenient store atm close by. Service was good. For the right price will definitely stay again. Did I say breakfast buffet was amazing :)
